Well, I finally brought myself to cut Paige's hair short. I'm glad I waited so long because she had 11 inches cut off and it was a little more than enough to donate to Locks of Love. Most of you know about it...the cut ponytail is used to make real hair wigs for children who have lost their hair for one reason or another such as chemotherapy. (it takes about 6 ponytails to make one wig)
She's only had 2-3 trims since she first got hair around 18 months old.
I got teary-eyed for a few seconds when I saw Paige with short hair, but after that it was a fun experience. A picture is worth a thousand words so here they are...
